Write to us at one address
Anything concerning this website goes to a single mailbox:
contact@candy-aiapp.com
Messages are read on working days. Most receive an answer within a week, and we keep no mailing list, so nothing you send is used for anything other than the reply.
Worth sending
- A page that has gone stale, or a feature we have described inaccurately.
- Questions about how these walkthroughs are researched and written.
- Notes about a link on the site that no longer resolves where it should.
Where we cannot help
This website is an independent editorial presentation and is not endorsed by Candy AI. We hold no accounts, conversations, billing records or moderation tools belonging to the platform, so questions of that kind belong with the platform's own support team rather than with us.
